We initially started with the Virtual office services with them, and once we got our own office, we moved on. When we were with Brunswick Office Suites, we were amazed at their professionalism and promptness in forwarding all the incoming mails to us. While discussing with them, we realized their group company VXL Services Inc. offers Incorporation, Accounting, Payroll, and Tax services to small and medium-sized companies across the US. We decided to try their services and are very satisfied with their services as they provide a lot of insight into various aspects of the business that we frankly just didn’t think about. Their ability to share best practices is something that we found was very unique and a huge value-add. They are our CPA’s and accountants for the last 6 years and I would highly recommend them to any start-up or small business in the US.

The Virtual office service offered by them was a blessing in disguise as we needed an office address in the US and our management based out of India didn’t want to invest in an office space immediately as we set up our US operations. We did a lot of research and found that the usual registered agent services that are available in the US have a lot of restrictions in terms of documents that they would receive and forward on our company’s behalf. Brunswick Office Suites provided us all the necessary services required for a small company such as ours to begin our operations. We leased their furnished office rooms, and the unique part of renting from them was that we had 24 x 7 access to our office space. This was very essential and gave us the flexibility, and this is not offered by most service providers. They are very professional and courteous and always willing to help our company.
